For owners who are building it themselves

Most owners have no idea what AI could do for their business.

That's the real problem — not the technology. So let's start somewhere simple: pick what you want more of, and see exactly what's possible.

BrickHouse AI builds working AI systems for small and mid-sized businesses — customer follow-up, marketing, documentation, and the admin load underneath all of it. Built, tested in real operations, then handed over.

No tech background needed. Nothing to install. Nothing to figure out alone.

Right now

40 min re-typing meeting notes
An hour staring at a blank post
Nine follow-ups typed one by one
Three warm leads quietly forgotten

Same Tuesday, set up

Notes land in the CRM on their own
A month of posts, drafted in one sitting
Follow-ups go out sounding like you
Nobody falls through the cracks
3 hrs
back, that day alone
Not theory. This is a normal week once it's built.
Watch this first — 60 seconds on what's actually possible.

Every frame of that was made with AI — no camera, no crew, no location shoots. That's the same toolkit you'd be learning.

Systems running in live businesses daily

A glimpse of what's possible

Here's what it actually looks like.

Not screenshots of dashboards. Real output — the kind of thing that shows up in your hands on a Tuesday.

Hit the button on any card — that's the actual output, not a description of it

"But how would that even work in my business?"

Fair question — and the honest answer is that it looks different in every industry. So pick yours and see exactly where it pays off for people who do what you do.

What can get built for you

Start with the call. Build only what's worth building.

Straight talk on what can get built — no tech-speak, no packages to decode. What you actually need gets figured out on the call, and it's scoped and priced from there. Sometimes the honest answer is "not much yet," and that's fine too.

How it works

Three steps. No mystery, no long engagement.

Most AI projects stall because nobody defined what "done" looks like. This starts with that definition and works backward.

01

Start with your real week

A short questionnaire, then a 45-minute working session. No discovery theatre — the goal is finding the two or three places automation actually pays for itself in your business.

02

Leave with a written plan

A prioritized, plain-English document: what to fix first, what it'll take, what to ignore for now. It's yours whether you build it in-house or hand it back to be built.

03

Build only what earns its keep

Systems get built one at a time, each one running before the next starts. Nothing gets automated just because it can be — it has to save real hours or real revenue.

Built for business owners and professionals across industries — people ready to put AI to work without gambling on the wrong tools. This started in financial services, so the systems are already proven under pressure.

EDGE 101 Four weeks · Live · Built for business owners

The Owner's Edge

If you've ever opened one of these AI tools, typed something in, gotten back something useless, and quietly closed the tab — this was built for you. We start at zero: what "prompting" actually means, how to ask so you get something you'd genuinely use, and which part of your business to point it at first. Four live sessions, ninety minutes each, hands-on the whole way. You work on your real business the entire time — no case studies, no homework about somebody else's company.

90 minutes a session
One night a week, four weeks
Small cohort — capped so you can actually ask questions
Accountability & a group that's building alongside you
Live on Zoom — link sent 24 hrs ahead
Starts from zero — no experience needed

The syllabus

Four classes. No theory-only weeks — you leave every one with something already running.
01Week

Your New Unpaid Employee

Forget the hype. What these tools really do, what prompting actually means, and how to ask so you get back something you'd genuinely use — not generic mush. Then we pick the first job to hand off and set it up live, together, on your own screen.

You leave with: one task off your plate for good — and finally knowing what to type.
02Week

Look Bigger Than You Are

Somebody messages you at ten at night. Right now they wait until morning — and half of them already called someone else. We fix that, and we make your quotes and proposals look like they came from a much bigger company.

You leave with: an automatic reply that answers new customers around the clock, and a quote you can send in minutes instead of hours.
03Week

The Money's in the Follow-Up

Almost nobody buys the first time — and almost nobody follows up. This is the class where the revenue is: turning "not right now" into a customer three months later, automatically.

You leave with: a live follow-up sequence in your own voice, already working your list.
04Week

Marketing for People Who Hate Marketing

No more staring at a blank screen on a Sunday night. We knock out a month of posts and emails in your voice — then the fun part: making your own flyers, graphics, and photos, and building an AI version of you that shoots video marketing without you ever turning on a camera.

You leave with: a month of content scheduled, your own branded graphics, and your first AI video of yourself.
Nothing to figure out beforehand. A few days before we start you'll get a short setup sheet — the two or three free accounts to make, and that's it. Your Zoom link comes 24 hours before each class. Show up with your laptop and your worst bottleneck; everything else is handled.

Before you book

A few things worth knowing

I'm not technical at all. Is this still for me?

Especially for you. Most clients here have never touched an AI tool beyond typing a question into one. If you can send a text message, you can run what gets built — that's the standard everything is held to.

Why isn't there pricing on the other services?

Because a real quote depends on what you already have and what you actually need — and guessing at that before we've talked usually means quoting you for things you don't need. The call sorts that out, then you get a real number.

So the $150 really comes off the price?

Yes. Book any service after your Readiness Call and the full $150 is credited toward it. If you build something, the call cost you nothing. If you don't, you still keep the written plan.

Do I have to book the Readiness Call first?

Yes. It's how the bigger work — if there is any — actually fits what you need, instead of being guessed at and you paying for the guess.

What if I just want my CRM built, not a strategy conversation?

The Readiness Call is still where we start. It's 45 minutes and it makes everything after it faster, cheaper, and more accurate.

Will my data or my clients' information be safe?

Nothing gets built on tools that train on your business data, and client information stays inside systems you already own and control. If a setup would require handing sensitive data somewhere it doesn't belong, it doesn't get recommended.

What happens after the systems are built — am I locked in?

No. Everything is built inside accounts you own, documented in language your team can follow, and handed over so they can run it without anyone on retainer. No long-term contracts, no dependency by design.

Why this exists

You shouldn't have to choose between building your business and having a life.

A lot of owners reading this are doing it the hard way — full-time job all day, business at night and on weekends. Wearing every hat. Trying to keep up with technology that changes monthly while also being the sales team, the marketing team, and the person who answers the phone.

Here's what I actually believe: a small business owner can compete. Not by working more hours — there aren't any left. By putting systems in place that buy the hours back. That's what this is. Not tech for its own sake — time and freedom, so you can actually reach the goals you started this for.

Buy your time back

Systems that handle the repeating work, so the hours go to the things only you can do.

Somebody keeping you honest

Accountability, not just information. Knowing something and doing it are two different problems.

A room full of people like you

Running a business is a lonely job. The course is a cohort on purpose — you won't be doing it alone.

Every successful business has a team behind it. I'd like to be part of yours.

Bring what's slowing you down.
Leave with a plan.

45 minutes, one-on-one. One clear next step, in writing. No funnel, no pitch deck.

Four quick questions first, so the session starts already knowing your situation — then secure checkout and the calendar. Your $150 is credited toward anything you build afterward.

One last thing, while you're here

Three questions that have nothing to do with AI.

Different side of the house — but these are the gaps that quietly cost owners the most. Tap any that make you pause.

Do you have a tax strategy built to minimize what you'll owe going into retirement — or are you hoping it works out?+
Most owners overpay in retirement simply because no one built a plan around it while there was still time to.
If something happened to you tomorrow, is the business actually protected enough to keep running?+
A lot of businesses are built entirely around one person, with nothing in place to keep them standing without that person.
If a key employee got seriously ill or passed away, would the business survive that loss?+
Losing a key person is both a human loss and a financial one — most businesses have no plan for either side of it.
